PUSH HANDS WITH MASTER AARON OF TAIWAN.
Master Chih, I Liang or Aaron, as we know him here in the US, is giving me a lesson in the fine art of push hands. I have been studying with Master Aaron for the past 4 years. He is a very kind Master with great patience and understanding of the art. His push hands team in Taiwan has won many awards in competition. He visits Denver each July when we conduct a session of push hands classes during his stay. Please see the class schedule if you are interested in learning this wonderful art for health, balance and application.
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art originating in China. Today Tai Chi is practiced throughout the world as an exercise to improve health.
Known as a gentle strengthening exercise, Tai Chi integrates mind, body and spirit and is suitable for almost everyone.
Practicing Tai Chi strengthens QI (chi), the life energy that circulates throughout the body, improving overall health. Scientific studies have proven that Tai Chi relieves stress; promotes relaxation; improves balance, posture and immunity; and increases flexibility.
